We inspect your entire property — interior and exterior — to identify the rodent species present, locate entry points, map activity patterns, assess the infestation severity, and identify conditions attracting rodents to your property. We check foundations, rooflines, utility penetrations, garage doors, crawl spaces, and attic spaces.

Step 3: Strategic Trapping & Baiting

We deploy a combination of snap traps, bait stations, and monitoring devices strategically placed along active rodent pathways. Trap and bait placements are based on the specific species and activity patterns identified during assessment. All bait stations are tamper-resistant and secured to protect children, pets, and non-target wildlife.

Step 4: Exclusion (Entry Point Sealing)

This is the most critical phase. We systematically seal the gaps, cracks, holes, and openings that rodents use to enter your home.
